From Antalya via Goreme to Istanbul

This is an interactive map of Turkey showing out stopovers and route for the second (eastern) part of our 31 day trip.  Note that there are long distances to see Turkey: this is a 1857 km itinerary one-way. 

You can zoom in and click on each "bed" to see the location of our hotel.  You can click on each coloured road segment to see distance and travel time.  It always seemed to take us longer than the hours posted by Google Maps.  Note: you could also go via Konya to Goreme and bypass the gorgeous but slower coastal route.  We did not go to Hattuşa (north of Goreme) due to lack of time.  See part 1, West Turkey Itinerary.
